Unity setup can be added on for an additional fee with addons available, or choice of receiving only textures in the finished package. (Please note that you must have some prior knowledge about unity and/or upload of avatars before commissioning me. I do not offer uploads, as it is against VRC's T.O.S.)

You must provide me with clear proof of ownership, of the model/assets you want me to work on before any work will be done. If they have certain addons(clothing, hair, etc.) they(the commissioner) must show proof of owning those, as well.

If I do not own the avatar you want me to work on, the price will be added to your quote.

Complexity of designs may cause prices to vary.

All Artistic Liberties can be based on a concept, character, mood board, or portfolio for inspiration. All designs in the end are of my choosing. You may ask for small changes, but in the end it is my choice.

Must be 18+ or older to commission.

I only accept 3 commissioners at a time.

I do not save all of the textures/project files from previous commissions. You have a one month grace period from the initial completion date to ask for files.

All communication must be done through English.

Any avatar listed on my "wanted" list will get a 30% discount.

I currently don't offer quest standalone setups. Sorry.

All payments must be made up front to claim a slot. If the commission costs more, I am willing to accept payment plans of up to 1 month. All work will not begin until the full payment is made.

All payments must be made in USD$ using Paypal. Invoices must be paid within 48 hours(unless we've agreed to a payment plan), or the project will be canceled.

Rush fee is 50% of the quoted price.

If the commissioner wishes to add anything after the initial quoted commission, it will be added to the cost, and will not be received until full payment is made.

Substance painter files can be purchased after completion for an additional 5$. Please note that this does NOT give you any ownership rights.

Client warrants that they will not issue chargebacks prior to or after work has been completed, and refund policy will be followed.

You MUST have a quality, 2-sided (front + back) reference sheet. This will help with mapping out the texture before work commences, as well as give you an accurately priced quote.

If the commissioner does not have a complete up-to-date reference (This includes neither a color palette or 2 sided reference) there will be an added $12 fee.

All work will be done Monday-Friday, in the timeframes 16:00-20:00 or 4-8PM (GMT+1). You can expect answers and updates during those hours.

I will notify you when I begin your commission.

There will be 1-3 (1-2 for simple, and 2-3 for more complex avatars) updates during the commission, where revisions wanted MUST be notified. If you fail to notify me of revision wishes during updates, additional fees will be applied based on the amount of work/time needed.

Updates on my queue progress will be posted weekly every Friday on Trello.

Commissions will usually be completed within a 1-2 week timeframe from when I've STARTED working on your texture, but could take upwards of 1 month depending on complexity as well as requested unity work. This is to give myself a realistic buffer time in case of real life emergencies etc.

Acknowledge that your cooperativeness in timely responses, also are necessary for me, the artist, in order to complete your commission within a timely manner.

Both parties MUST own the model. If I do not own the model, the cost of the model will be added to the cost of the commission.

Both the commissioner and myself MUST have the avatar/assets to abide by the model creator's T.O.S.

If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.

Once started, you're eligible for half a refund up until 30% of your texture has been done. Failing to notify me before I reach that point, will null your ability to get a refund.

Filing for a refund will null all of your rights to the texture.

If I've failed to start the commission within my set timeframe, and a refund is requested, then the client will receive a full refund.

I retain the rights to decide if I want to refurbish your commission into a new design adoptable if a refund is requested, and I've already begun working on your commission.

I retain the rights to sell refurbished, canceled work as an adopt in the future to make up for my loss of time. Note: This does not mean that I will use your design for an adoptable. Merely that I will work off of the work already completed and turn it into something entirely new.

No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.

I, the artist artist retains legal copyright of the commissioned texture. Do NOT claim commission work as your own.

Pictures of the commissioned textures of the avatar will be posted onto my socials, such as on my Portfolio, X, Bluesky, and others, unless otherwise agreed at the start of commission.

I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the texture.

You are not allowed to resell or redistribute ANY of my work, nor any of the downloaded contents within the received package, either directly or as part of another package. This includes prohibition of uploading free to use avatars with my work on them, without any prior agreement

If you'd like to use my work as part of an avatar package or otherwise, I'm happy to discuss it with you beforehand! Note that an commercial fee may be applied depending on its use.

Redistribution of any documents I provide for ease of upload or guidance regarding the commission, is STRICTLY prohibited.

Under use of textures you may edit and update them for ONLY personal use of your avatar, provided proper credit is given to me, Mimerss, the artist.

The uploaded avatar MUST remain privated.

If you post the completed texture on any of your socials, you MUST provide proper credit to the artist with a link to my carrd/bluesky.

Under no circumstances may any commissioned work from me be used for NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens). Breaching this condition will result in a PERMANENT BAN from future commissions.

The use of my work as input for, accessory to, or in any way incorporated into generative AI systems or AI-generated media of any kind is STRICTLY prohibited.

All contact must be done through the provided means. (Email, discord, etc.)

Please do not harass me for updates. You may ask, but I have the right to deny giving any more updates outside of the ones listed in the terms above.

In cases where it is specifically I, the artist, that's missed something on your reference sheet, the above term may not apply. *Note: This does not apply to subpar or unclear references.

I will not respond outside of my working hours.

After completion, you will have 24 hours to notify me of any issues or revisions needed. Afterwards your commission will be marked as completed.
